authbind not working?

Hi there,

After a few frustrating weeks installing dionaea on 16.04 your instructions were clear and did the trick. However, I'm only listening on higher ports. I'm getting permission denied on the lower ones. I suspect authbind isn't working, but I've no idea how to check. Any ideas?

I appreciate this isn't really a project of yours, but you've got a good resource here for people starting out and it's the only one that actually works!

There's also the possibility that I'm doing something wrong by taking out your filtered-ip-address bit and putting a * - I'm not sure what's required there.
