I'm using an ultrawide screen tilted by 90掳 (I guess that makes it an ultratall 馃).
I find that the "Wide" layout works best on this screen, because I can have one big window taking the full width and as much of the height of the monitor as I wish, and then the remaining windows will subdivide the remaining space. Here's an example, where in my mind the "main" window is actually the big one with GitHub open.
What I noticed however is that, according to Amethyst, the "main" pane is not the one with GitHub open at the bottom. There are actually 3 main panes in this image, and they are the ones with animal pictures open.
What amethyst is doing is thinking that the main panel should always be the "top" half of the screen. Based on my workflow and the ergonomics of the tall screen however, it would be better if I could tell amethyst that the main panel in this case is actually the one at the bottom.
However I cannot find a way to do this. Is there a way to configure amethyst this way?

I have a similar issue. I'm using a big 4K monitor, mostly for coding and would like to be able to have the main pane on the bottom half with my IDE and other windows across the top.
