Problem with the mathematical analysis

I don't know if this is the correct place for this question. 

Hello, 

I am Mariano López from Seville University, I am doing my final degree project 
with Tonatiuh 2.0.0, I follow all steps and I managed to get the binary files 
with results. There begin my problems,too I followed the steps for mathematical 
analysis but Mathematical doesn't return any result, I review the mathematic 
script but I haven't searched nothing.
