1. Request

It would be nice, if you add opportunity select bookmarks for non-opened files.

2. Justification

Now I need open files with my bookmarks, that use LS Bookmarks. I spend a lot of time

  • to reminisce, in which file I make bookmark,
  • to opening file before as I select bookmark.

3. Desirable behavior

I create bookmark → I close file, in which I create bookmark → Alt+F2 → I can select bookmark from my closed file.

Thanks.

Hi Kristinita,

I understand your request and I see this could improve the plugin. However, as I currently use the default sublime bookmarks, this is not possible. The sublime API does not allow to search for bookmarks in files that are not open. Another possibility would be to search the projects workplace file, but it seems that does not get updated while the project is in use.

At this moment, I see no way to implement this. However, I am thinking of writing a plugin that replaces sublime bookmarks, but many such plugins already exist so it might be useful to scan these plugins for similar functionality.

Kind regards,
Wouter

I have problems, if I use:

It would be nice, if you continue to work with LsBookmarks.

Thanks.
