docs: how to do streaming joins

Please describe the issue

The streaming blogs that we have so far focus on manipulations of a single table. Joins are common in streaming applications, e.g., table-stream joins, stream-stream joins. I would like to add some blog post(s) around demonstrating streaming joins.
