Python Cloudant lib 2.10.0 fails on Document fetch fails when uses its default json decoder #64

Issue opened against python-cloudant library cloudant/python-cloudant#409

The problem is present in 2.10.0 not in previous 2.9.0.

They propose we revert back to 2.9.0 until python-cloudant can figure how to provide a fix.

Currently blocked because of the pipeline brake #65 dealign with ibm_db and the Internal Error 500 downloading the driver.

Fixed is now available in 2.10.1
