Uninstall doesn't clean resources of failed installation

In case installation process has failed in the middle, and some resources have been created, uninstall is not cleaning resources of failed instance

[ibmmas/cli:3.12.0]mascli$ mas uninstall

Thanks for the feedback @eyalcha
We're working on extending support for uninstalling MAS Core resources i.e mongo dbs, deployments, pods, suite cr, namespace, etc and we'll cover this support for cli as well.
