Please solve my issues related to CleverNote theme!

Hi! I am trying to do some more development over your CleverNote nice theme of TiddlyWiki.

I just install tiddlywiki and import tiddly using step below:

1. Install [Node.js](https://tiddlywiki.com/static/Node.js.html) on my Windows 10 mashine

2. Install Tiddlywiki using
npm install -g tiddlywiki

3. Check tiddlywiki is installed e.g. 5.3.1
tiddlywiki --version

4. Create tiddlywiki project using
tiddlywiki . --init server

5. Import tiddlers using: https://github.com/ibnishak/Tesseract/blob/master/projects/CleverNote%20Beta.html
tiddlywiki . --load ../"CleverNote Beta.html" --output .

5. Test running instance
tiddlywiki . --listen

When I try to import CleverNote Beta to my tiddlywiki 5.3.1 project, many features are not working fine!

I the next step I try to import Timimi (which is also using latest CleverNote theme plugin)! see here

When I first run tiddlywiki, sidebar is showing empty area

How can I tell tiddlywiki that Content must be opened when CleverNote is opened?

Searching is not working, also cross button is hidden, how can i fix it!
