Duplicating files in DIR.

There is something seriously wrong going on. 7za l Contacts.apk lists dupes of everything.

use aapt to pack all files back in the apk.
aapt add -k dest.apk filetopack

Even when I passed an an array of flies (dir & files), it would dump all the files without the folder structure. I don't think that method works for trying to replace res files.

I use different method to get original file signature. I could send u my code by email.

We don't use zip4j anymore.
