Better regex to parse the object into meaningful group_var in stock_trends_fun()

e.g.,

fisheryO::stock_trends_fun(object = "Greater North Sea Ecoregion") will default group to group_var = "EcoRegion"

fisheryO::stock_trends_fun(object = "Greater North Sea Ecoregion - demersal stocks") will default group to group_var = "EcoGuild"
