I think Calibre is missing in the ebook category. It is an awesome tool to use for managing your ebooks. It is also able to upload the books to your Kindle (and all the other e-reader there are.)

We used to include it. However, being one of the ugliest pieces of software under the sun and not being a particularly well-crafted macOS application qualified it for removal.
