So I don't think I'm going to put this in the next release as I would like to rework how we handle configuration before this addition. Sorry about that.

I would like to register my interest in this one! I'm more considering it as a way to use the Pieconomy economy plugin and have inn bedroom doors cost money to enter (so not exactly what the issue is but still economic integration). Obviously not to distract from more important matters, or to take up personally time, just thought I'd show my interest to show that someone out there wants this. Thanks for reading. ^^
