Client can be reconnected, but IoReactor can't

client.connect.close.connect works in theory, but IoReactor can't be restarted. It would be good if either IoReactor was restartable, or Client didn't allow reconnections (there's also a lot of code in Client that handles the reconnection case, for some reason, so unless IoReactor is going to support it that could should be removed).
