The origin of the model is not adjusted accordingly when the stickBot si enlarged(or shrunk), the "standard" pose of the model is:

  <gazebo>
    <pose>0.0 0.0 0.64 0.0 0.0 0.0</pose>
  </gazebo>

but if you enlarge the stickbot, since it is not scaled up accordingly, the stickBot enter in the floor.
