Installing from source: tmux 3.3a

On Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, tmux 3.3a has 2 dependencies which can be installed using apt-get:

1. libncurses-dev
2. libevent-2.1-7

After installing these two pacakges, tmux 3.3a can be installed by cloning the tmux repository, running autogen.sh, running ./configure, and then make and sudo make install.
