[Feature] Option to trigger a service

Provide an Option in the settings to trigger a service
In my case i have a rgb lamp that shows me the state of any trash related topics (green, blue, yellow, white)

Hey @twistermcneal where you think the trigger should be placed / configured? On pattern type or in general. so that there is always the same service with options called. independent on the item you click?

In generell settings so if the trash card shows up the Event is triggered (in my case light on)when you click on the card there should be another event like light off
Individual for each type of trash

You could imagin four light bulbs with the corresponding colors in the Moment i trigger it separately with an automation but would be nice as general feature

In my opinion it should use the "Home Assistant Actions" for icon and card. (Just like the "core tile tard" does)
