Queries with Time Series Support

Add feature/query to detect facts that exist in {at least one} (exactly one) [all] PWs (or a set of them) : Already exists as {union} (unique_tuples) [intersection].
Enhance to add such detection on temporal relations (i.e. ignore temporal columns or look if they exist in a certain time interval): will basically be just a wrapper around existing methods.
