Clicking 'Settings' doesn't work under Windows 10 #5

I get this error when clicking the 'Settings' button on Atom for Windows 10. This only happens when clicking the pprofile settings (not with other packages). Might it therefore be a pprofile-caused bug?

As a workaround, I set the windows python path by editing my settings.cson and inserting

"*":
  "python-line-profiler":
    shellCmd: [
      "python"
    ]
