it seems the scheduler process is started after deployment. however, the jobs can't be scheduled to execute.

Sorry for the late response. Yes, it looks like the PID files are being removed and therefore. I'll take a look ASAP

@alvincjin the jobs you're mentioning are the example dags or your own?
Hi @alvincjin, just found out that there is a "bug" in Airflow so if there's no files in the DAGs folder, the scheduler doesn't do its thing. I just add the sample DAG from here https://github.com/super-collider/documentation/blob/master/v2/apache_airflow/tutorial/sample-dag.md and works smoothly.
Closing the issue then.
