Feature: executable bundled with xdotool and pulseaudio (for parec)

I used nix to package all the dependencies and build an exec.

My nix flake adds more stuff besides a bundled nerd-dictation like hotkeys to toggle dictation and toggle-typing.sh to help start, pause, resume, and end. There's also: a desktop app defined, Dictation, and nerd-dictation-model to download and unpack the model in a /nix/store path.

You can directly run it yourself if you have nix installed with

nix run 'github:jtara1/dictation#nerd-dictation'

If maintainers are interested, I can make a PR to add the feature here too.
