This patch allows you to delete annotations that originate from off site (webmentions, pingbacks etc). It preserves the ability to link back to the original, while referencing the object itself via it's local link for deletion.
(also, sorry, I seem to have not properly separated the bonita update, but nevermind, I guess that's something that should be done)
