Auto-limit note fields to 300 characters

When any note field in a test result page exceeds 300 characters, the system returns an error upon saving and all data below that field on the page is lost. To avoid this scenario, note fields should force a stop limit once the 300 character point has been met. It should not allow further typing past this point.
