... that have be messaged to the grid agents and therefore have been part of the power flow calculation.

The power flow is carried out in a fixed time resolution, whereas the participant act on different time scales. Therefore, for power flow calculation, the participant averages the simulation results over a certain time frame and messages it back to the grid agent. This result is not yet enclosed within the output data.
