As per mockup in #1, create "Updates" fragment.

  • Create an Updates model with basic properties like book_id (String), update_type (String), read (Boolean) for now. We will brainstorm the models needed later
  • Create a RecyclerView adapter
  • Implement CardView as a RecyclerView item
