OTP Verification

Since we are taking Mobile number from the user, we would like to verify OTP. Consult with backend developers on how to handle OTP verification. Usually we would have to use some service like Twilio to handle sms sent to mobile, but for initial testing purposes it is okay to display the OTP on the application itself.

When user submits sign up information, display a Material Dialog box with a field to input OTP. For testing purposes, display the OTP received from the server in the box, but in production the message should be delivered via SMS
