Description

During the meeting of the EDM IAB program at IETF 116, we discussed the fact that additional resource tags (like related_implementations) can be edited by the WG chairs, but not authors or others working on implementations. The process to request the chairs to edit tags is very manual -- just email them -- and there isn't a clear way to know what tags are available from the datatracker page for a document.

I recently learned that this exact mechanism to request resources is available for authors at the time of document submission. This is great!

The request here is to have some way to request editing tags (that would go to chairs for approval) on a document after submission, that would mirror this form.

I support this enhancement request. I believe it would be very useful and result in greater and more accurate use of the related_implementations tag.
