is_paid: always false - xpath correction #1

There is an issue in archive.py - the value of is_paid is always false. SPON changed the implementation of the S+ logo.

current:

articles.append({
    'is_paid': article.xpath('boolean(.//svg/title[text()="Icon: Spiegel Plus"])'),

corrected, seems to work:

articles.append({
    'is_paid': article.xpath('boolean(.//span[@data-flag-name="Spplus-paid"])'),
