Underline and Strike-through are not applied on in Moment and Strategy posts

Description

The underline and strike-through text decorations are not applied on in Moment and Strategy posts, but are saved properly and appear in the editor when editing.

The editor text is displayed in Moments here.

The editor text is played in Strategies here.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a new Moment (/moments/new)

2. After creating a new Moment, a user redirected to the new Moment post

Notice that "Underline" and "Strikethrough" do not have the correct text decoration applied.

3. When you edit that post, the text decoration appears correctly in the editor
