Previously there is missing a level in the
srchierarchy, causing the source code not packaged into thewhlbuild artifact, resulting in the package can be installed but can not be imported.This PR fixes this problem by restoring the correct code layout according to Python Packaging Tutorial. It creates a new
srcfolder and move thestannumfolder into it, and updates the folder name insetup.py.
