/pade login page does not show up, option page is accessed on fresh new browser accesses #421

With Padé 1.7.0 I have the following screen

What i used to have till 1.6.3 is this :

Screen also include account creation
Is there a different setting i need to do ?

I have updated https://www.free-solutions.org with Padé 1.7.0 & OF 4.7.1

This issue is same as #425 and closed with #425 fix
So closed
