handler (+ui error for user) for:

reddit keys invalid/not present
user cancels auth
error communicating with reddit api

when user cancels auth:
http://localhost:3002/auth/reddit/confirm?state=123&error=access_denied

Loading

An error occurs when user accepts authentication but the server is down.

Expected result:

User is authed and goes to app

Actual result:

User sees an "Authenticating..." screen forever
