Add priority/sorting/order of sequence control?

What about adding some kind of priority sorting and/or explicit order of sequence control (e.g. first, last)?

See also #2. Thing is, I'm trying to keep it as close as possible to the node implementation. But we can keep this ticket open for now. I definitely see the use case (and specifically requested it to not be removed from the Symfony2 dispatcher).

I haven't run into a case where I needed priorities with evenement, so I will close this ticket.
