Preliminary checks

Describe the problem requiring a solution

The AI hero embarks with no chance of escaping or winning the combat.
This makes it easier for the human hero to eliminate the AI hero.
In this case, it would be preferable for the AI hero to stay on the island, either forcing the human hero to land on the island to eliminate the AI hero, thus wasting two days to complete the task, or the human hero can make the decision to ignore the AI hero for the time being and the AI hero can wait for a better time to embark.

Related to #6259 . Might be resolved if we implement that.
