initial infection does not commence on trace_asco parameter initial_infection day #64

The date of first infection commences with the first day of the model, sowing_date.
Where it should commence on initial_infection day but it doesn't
This needs to be fixed

This bug was fixed in branch initial_infectionFeature. This was merged in the main branch with commit 98b7a86
