[Mods Conflict] Game crashes when conflicting with RcsSounds mod #10

When EVS and RcsSounds are both used under KSP 1.3 the game crashes on the flight scene load.

Clarification: it only happens when switching from the editor to the launch. Loading a flight scene won't trigger the bug.
