Cant surface attach the hw-80 winch.

Is this a bug? I cant attach the hw-80 winch back to the side of the modular girder xl after I have removed it.
it says node cant be used for surface attach. It goes on the far ends fine?
It works in editor on the sides but not in flight.

This winch doesn't have surface node. It was not intended, it just got missing at some point. It needs to be fixed.
