4-way light doesn't allow on/off each direction separately

In spite of 4-way light allows customizing each of the 4 directions it only allows changing state for all of the directions. Context menu shows 4 different settings for On/Off the light but only the last one really works in flight.

In the editor every setting turns on/off all four directions.

The problem is in the animation that works with all 4 lights simultaneously. Temporarily disabling animation on this light.
