Run the entire package through lintr:::addin_lint_package() and adjust style

Low priority. Checked the suggestions and many of them do not always - in my opinion - improve readibility. Some however might be worth going over such as for instance adding spaces or replacing ' with " throughout.

Enough to do with #38 and most of the lintr suggestions are rubbish 👍
