IINA 1.2.0 does not detect any new updates

System and IINA version:

• macOS macOS Monterey 12.4
• IINA v1.2.0, Build 129

Expected behavior:
IINA shows version 1.3.0 is available when selecting Files > Check for Updates...

Actual behavior:
It says IINA is already up to date

Steps to reproduce:
As stated above, go to Files > Check for Updates...

How often does this happen?
Every single time. I have already tested this on two devices (Both on Monterey 12.4)

We need to wait for our mirror site to finish synchronizing, otherwise users from some regions won't be able to download from iina.io. Typically the update will be available within 1-2 days.

Because 1.3.0 has a potential crash as described in #3766, currently I'm thinking about building a new binary before most users can get it. So maybe 2-3 days later.
