One user can tag on another user's photo ( tag = directly mark on photo) - users should be able to tag his own photo

I'll try to get it working for a user to be able to tag himself/herself.

Elgg core has an issue with autocomplete that makes the tagging by name not working correctly (selection displayed behind tag dialog popup). That's why I've not worked on the tagging feature of Tidypics because this issue in Elgg has to be fixed for the tagging to fully work.

Probably I have not explained correctly. Or probably I have not understood correctly.
I am not speaking about autocomplete (though that will be great to have also) - I am speaking about marking on photo some descriptive words eg. cool, red, beautiful, yellow etc or any word.

User A can mark on his pictures (pictures that user A has uploaded) - suppose he marks on his photo -
"red", "yellow". He is satisfied and leaves his picture like that.
Next day he comes and is utterly surprised to see that there are other marks on his photo also like "green", "violet" etc. This is because, user B, user C has also marked on his picture ( and there is no way for user A to know who marked what) as other users are not disallowed to mark on user A's pictures/photos.

Expected : user A alone (and probably the site super admin) should be able to edit / add marks on his picture/photo just as user A alone is allowed to edit his pictures/photos and word tags.

Steps to reproduce : login as userA - upload some pictures. Now login as userB - click the "Tag" link that allows to mark on photo - userB can now tag on userA's pictures

With commit 0224d28 I've added a new plugin setting that allows restricting tagging to a user's own photos only. This will be part of the next release 1.9.5 of Tidypics.
