Unfortunately, there's no good way to get access to the user's clipboard. There are a few solutions that use Flash objects, but I've tried them, and they're pretty flaky.

OK, I've implemented copy/paste, with the caveat that it only works within the page itself... you can't, for example, copy something from one instance of the page, and paste it into another instance.
