Hi, I was trying to run ijGranulometry on a single frame from a confocal acquisition that I extract with stack to image in Fiji. However the program returns "currently only isotropic data is supported". The image is 216x216 pixels in greyscale. Could you please help me to understand what I am doing wrong? Many thanks in advance.

Hi,
in the current implementation for 3D images, the spacing between slices must be the same as the pixel size in the X and Y dimensions (voxels need to be cubic, not parrallelipedic).
I think a quick solution is to resample the 3D image, either in the Z direction or in the XY directions, to enforce cubic voxels.
