It might be helpful to have rust bindings.

You might be able to more or less copy my work from tree-sitter-elm
https://github.com/elm-tooling/tree-sitter-elm/blob/main/.github/workflows/publish.yml
https://github.com/elm-tooling/tree-sitter-elm/blob/main/Cargo.toml

You'll also need to update tree-sitter, as the latest version is able to automatically create the needed rust bindings.

I've working on generating rust bindings for yaml grammar here. The cargo build and test is just passed. :)
