Currently all errors spit out somewhat generic-looking errors. Better errors should be generated for

Suspensions
404s
Rate-limiting
Unknown errors
Resolution not available Videos with resolution of 1024x768 cannot be downloaded #18
This should also be implemented for Immitating Pluralsight #15
