relative paths in cmake

Why is it necessary to copy vtkKSlice.cpp(h) to the Logic directory, why don't relative paths (commented out) work?

Why does the top level project even need the vtkKSlice.cpp file ? Copying fails on windows because you need to add the ___dspecl crap in the header file.
