Vimeo Portfolio Downloader does not work

Hi, tried using this downloader. I have Python, Git and WGET on my PC. Python and Git are installed properly and I have used all commands to update it, etc. WGET is placed in System32. I have edited config file however when executing Python file, it comes on screen and glitches out. I have put in user name and collection number but does not work.
