cron job to shutdown notifications after hours #93

I'm looking for a (spoon fed) solution whereby I can shut down the rapns process - and fire it back up during business hours. It could be a cron job -

or does rapns have something rapns have something to cater for out of the box?
some kind of sleep mode during the night perhaps?

I have just release 3.1.0 which has this ability: Rapns.push
