Problem with access to users in a learner group

Symptoms:

1. log into demo as demo_faculty1
2. visit https://ilios3-demo.ucsf.edu/learnergroups/4355
3. Check the console it will indicate Assertion Failed: You must include an 'id' for user in an object passed to 'push'

By modifying the code to bypass authentication this error disappears.

I think the error is caused by ember asking for a list of users and then not getting every requested resource back, but it could also be a problem with the way the arrays are created post authentication. Further investigation warranted.
