Unable to add user to my non-primary school #1546

If my primary school is 1 and I attempt to add new users into a different school the following error is triggered on the /authentication POST request:

Uncaught PHP Exception Symfony\Component\Debug\Exception\FatalErrorException: "Error: Call to a member function userHasWritePermissionToSchools() on null" at /web/ilios3/current/src/Ilios/AuthenticationBundle/Voter/Entity/AuthenticationEntityVoter.php line 62
