I am going to paste in the Courses and Sessions screen after adding a new course. As seen below, Objectives shows up with the Column Headers visible with no data to display. I think Learning Materials is fine and that this pattern should be followed for the others. Competencies shows up with an empty text field, which should be invisible unless populated with data. Topics looks good although it takes up too much vertical room when compared to Objectives. They should all be the same height, no? MeSH, in my opinion, and according to my previous ticket should also be similar to topics and should have the action icons appear when Add New is clicked similar to Manage Topics. Program Cohorts has the same situation as Objectives. I apologize if this is a duplicate ticket.

The Program Cohorts seems to have been fixed for this one. Now it shows up with a "There are no cohorts in this course" with no column headers when this is the case. Objectives is still the same as before .. along with sessions which show the "There are no sessions in this Course" message but still shows the columns headers.
